Brunswick County's first-ever annual agricultural fair features exciting midway rides for the whole family, the Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean high-wire thrill show, live music, animal shows, agriculture and arts exhibits, Bob Bohm's Family Entertainment including comedy-magic shows, local artisans and crafters, educational booths, vendors and favorite fair food.
The musical entertainment lineup at 7 pm includes North Carolina artists Parker Lanier (country, bluegrass and classics) on Wednesday; Phillip Page (country and Southern rock) on Thursday; Joe Copple & The Wild East (country and rock) on Friday; and Hunter Varnam & Ethan Clewis (bluegrass and old country) on Saturday. DJ Kelz Robbins will perform a mix of genres before and after each show and on Sunday.
Fair admission is $8 ($7 cash price) Wednesday - Saturday and $60 per vehicle on Carload Sunday (includes admission & unlimited rides for up to 8 legally seat-belted occupants). Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36" and taller) are $25 on site or online before 4 pm Wed., Oct. 15 for $20 each or 4/$75. Ride tickets are also discounted online pre-sale.
Children under 36" tall are admitted free.
Fair hours are 4-11 pm Wednesday - Friday, 10 am - 11 pm Saturday, and 11 am - 6 pm Sunday. Parking is free.
