Both units are cavernous with 12ft ceilings and great living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens. Plenty of amenities like coffee machines, tea kettles, new tvs. You will LOVE the balconies overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, calming, people watching, and being able to appreciate the bustle from above.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts and Wilmington Railroad Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit The Cotton Exchange and Mayfaire Town Center.
