House is complete with amenities like a well equipped kitchen, dining area with a view, 5 tv's, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters .An ice machine and a second refrigerator are available under the home. There is also an outside private shower . Beach chairs, 2 kayaks, and 2 bicycles can be found under the home. Beach access is located at the end of Marlin Drive which is a 3 min. walk from the home.
