You will fall in appreciate with the beautiful vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Spanning the full length of the home, every angle of this “great room” brings charming, natural light, showcasing every aspect of the open floor plan. Beginning with the enormous open kitchen and its uninterrupted vistas of the intracoastal waterway, continuing to the comfortable living area with a new 77-inch 4k TV, and ending in the upsized dining area, this room will never let you forget you are at the beach!

More directly, both HVAC systems have been completely replaced including all ductwork, and the new 75-gallon hot water tank will keep up with your family.
