Céad Míle Fáilte, "A hundred thousand welcomes" awaits you at this spectacular boulevard heaven! This pretty Hobbs Intelligent Home features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a game room for the whole family to savor! Each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment and the game room includes a couch, sizable TV, air hockey table and a foosball table! An inverted floor plan maximizes the sweeping ocean, marsh and canal vistas from the upper living area, kitchen, and decks. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything you could need for preparing gourmet meals including an Instant Pot and a waffle maker.

Appreciate your own private swimming pool or walk to the beach. Public beach access is close, just east of the home at 917 OBW. Céad Míle Fáilte can be rented with the sister property next door at 932 OBW. Great for family get-togethers or just a vacation with your closest friends. Telephone our office for details about renting both homes together. Early check-in/late check-out options are not available in this home.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Finding the best value:

  • To find the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your home life. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
