This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo has been newly updated. It's the end unit on the 7th floor of a river front building that has elevator access. The bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable linens as well as a TV. The main living areas are open concept and all feature a pretty view of the Cape Fear River. The kitchen is outfitted with essentials that you can use during your stay, and there are 2 barstool seats at the peninsula if you'd like to appreciate a meal in. If you need to work during your visit, there is a enormous desk in the living room.

The best feature of this condo is the balcony with 180 degree river vistas. It's the ideal spot to savor a coffee in the morning, and in the evening you can catch some fantastic sunsets as well.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and balcony. There is a locked closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use anything in the condo.
