Unwind in this one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps 4 or 5. King bed, pull out couch bed & twin XL rollaway. Less than 2 min walk from stairs to sand. Breathtaking vistas of the ocean on the cavernous front porch with spectacular vistas of the marsh from the back porch. It also has a splendid Community Pool right on the marsh (pool is open May 1-October). The condo is positioned just steps from one of our favorite spots, the Carolina Beach Pier, with its full-service bar and grille as well as numerous public beach accesses.

Stay Requirements: Five-nighttime min rental in Summer. Minimum two-nighttime stay other seasons.

Note: there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

Kitchen is entirely supplied with all your necessities, also including crockpot, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and ninja creami.

All your beach needs are supplied: sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.

2 adult bicycles are included, located in our personal on site storage room.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
