Savor a view of the ocean from the upper and lower decks. Designed for families and their dogs looking to take a casual break, this home is ideal for calming in a neighborhood close to the beach. Take a soak in the private hot tub after a long day of swimming and sand castles! But if you'd rather cool off in the central air-conditioning, there's plenty of comfortable seating indoors. Happy Together provides a private washer/dryer. The full size kitchen features all the necessary appliances you need to put together delicious meals during your vacation.

This Inverted floor plan has updated living room furnishings with new LVP floor on the upper level. All bedrooms on the upper and lower levels have new carpet with intelligent TVs that allow live streaming.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Sticking to a spending plan:

• Summer is high season in Holden Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
