This is the lower level, street facing unit of a brand new construction duplex. It is a completely separate unit with its own entrance and a comfortable yet luxury feel. The interior is modern with an open living space and a constructed-in electric fireplace. Less than a mile to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and just a few blocks to all that downtown has to offer. The entire duplex was just constructed in 2024 and is ready to host you whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation!

This is a brand new home in Wilmington's Historic District--a rare find! The interior is modern with an open living space and a constructed-in electric fireplace. This unit can sleep a max. of 4, but unless there are kids or petite adults it is most cozy with 2 or 3. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a pull out couch in the living area (slightly bigger than a twin) along with a convertible accent chair (slightly smaller than a twin). It has its own kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, silverware, & paper towels will be supplied for your use. Note that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, so if guests sleeping on the pull out couch need to use the bathroom in the nighttime, they will need to access the bathroom by walking through the bedroom. This unit is one story and faces the street with its own private entrance. The other unit is two stories and has a separate entrance on the side of the home, however the walkway runs from the very front of the home down the whole south side and you may hear or see other guests walking to their entrance.

We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.
--Renters that are above the age of 21.
--Renters who are not bringing family pets.


***There is no dedicated parking. There is complimentary street parking that is available on a first come, first served basis. We know it looks like there's a driveway for parking, but please keep us on the Historical District's good side and refrain from parking there and park in the street only. Please lock your cars and take any valuables with you.

***The bedroom shares the back wall and the ceiling with the other unit in the duplex, which means you may hear guests above you and behind you if it is occupied during your stay. We’ve included sound makers in the bedroom in case this is bothersome. We kindly ask that guests in both units are mindful of peaceful hours as not to disturb others. If guests in the other unit are being far too loud, please let us know and we will address that with them immediately.

***The fireplace color and heat settings can be controlled via remote or on the touch panel of the fireplace itself. Instructions are in the welcome binder. Feel complimentary to take advantage of all it has to offer and create the ambiance that suits you best! Please remember to turn it off when not in use or if it's not being monitored to conserve energy and for safety reasons.

***If you are bringing infants/babies, the units are NOT infant-proofed. (Furnishings is NOT secured to walls, outlet blockers are NOT supplied, cabinets/drawers are NOT locked, etc.) You assume responsibilities for all guests.

***There are many trendy eateries and attractions within a mile, including the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and all that the Riverwalk and Front Street have to offer. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please feel complimentary to reach out prior to booking.

  • Summer months are high season in Wilmington. To get the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Brunswick area restaurants and activities.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
