Appreciate convenient elevator access in a secured lobby. Take a leisurely walk to downtown stores, pubs, coffeehouses, and eateries.

Visit close by beaches and islands, and appreciate a variety of outdoor options -- including hiking, cycling, swimming, kayaking, and boating!

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

An open living area offers comfortable seating for pre-dinner drinks or unwinding with a movie. Seat up to four guests on a sleeper couch and armchair. Watch your favorite TV shows on a 42 flat-screen TV. Theres also a excellent view of the Cape Fear River via the sliding glass balcony doors.
