This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide magnificant exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best vistas to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space.

Grab your things and take the short, private walk down to the most pretty beach on the Atlantic. Let the beach take you on soft sandy walks and find that ideal spot.

After a peaceful, leisurely day at the beach you can scout the marvelous eateries that surround the area. Walk the boardwalk to watch the weekly fireworks , listen to music, shop or visit Britts Donuts...a rite of passage since 1939 and rated one of the top ten in the country.
