You will savor the inverted floor plan, with the huge open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen located on the 2nd level. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished, complete with unique additional seating, pretty floor, and modern lighting. Bedroom #4 is located on the 1st level and is complete with a Queen bed, balcony access with marsh vistas, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower.
