New for 2024, a stand alone ice maker in the first level den area. 2 Sleep Number beds in top floor bedrooms. Updated paint, furnishings, and elegant décor throughout.

Covered porches on all three levels provide amazing ocean vistas. This home offers private beach access, along with a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), an enclosed outdoor shower, and a boardwalk shower. With six bedrooms and six and a half baths, including two primary suites with flat-screen TVs, and a second-floor den that includes a wet bar and microwave, this Hobbs Intelligent Home is a cavernous beach escape! The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
