New in 2021… covered oceanside deck, sundeck, boardwalk with benches! Also, broad remodel of pool and grille area. Prior to purchasing this home in 2019 the current owners were beach front home renters on Holden Beach for 17 years. Knowing personally what visitors want and deserve in a beach rental, the owners are committed to make this comfortable, cozy home very special inside and outside. Wood and ceramic floors throughout. Great room features classic wood walls, a towering cathedral ceiling, and striking ocean view. Kitchen, with granite countertops, is entirely outfitted and has ALL refreshed appliances. Also, updated bathrooms, extensive landscaping, and park style patio grille. Covered ocean side deck, roomy covered street side porch, and a swimming pool contribute to the ideal family vacation.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are supplied for Weekly Units only. No Towels supplied but can be rented.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
