With its prime location on Texas Ave, this pretty townhouse provides a close gateway to the sandy shores and gorgeous ocean vistas of Carolina Beach. Charming ocean vistas, plenty of sleep time privacy, and high end leather seating in the living room gives just a taste of what this spectacular beach vacation home has to offer! This brand new build offers many marvelous features such as an elevator, outdoor private shower, and modern kitchen and baths. The ground floor features a garage and private bedroom suite. Head on up to the first floor where you will find a roomy primary bedroom suite and two more suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The top floor is where you will probably spend most of your time in the great room with spectacular ocean vistas. A extravagant kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining and living room, which feature shiplap paneling. This premier new build features painless to clean LVP floor throughout, bespoke tile in all the bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop sun deck. Luxury abounds in a casually gorgeous beach rental that will become your new home away from home.

Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite porch, ensuite bath with bespoke tile shower, double granite-topped vanity, toilet. Overflow twin gel bed in closet for guest use (bring your own sheets.)
Guest Bedroom: queen bed with a trundle and storage drawers 
Jack N Jill Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet
Guest Bedroom: queen bed with storage drawers 

Level 3:
Living Room: Leather Couch, leather side chairs, intelligent VT, ocean view porch with spiral stairs to rooftop
Kitchen: granite countertops with seating for 4, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave.
Dining Area: dining table with seating for 10 
Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet
Bedroom 5: queen bed

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats supplied in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge included. (Guest will need to make any trundle, couch beds, or top bunk beds.)  

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or appreciate a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach and Carolina Beach State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Carolina Beach Arcade. Finding your perfect rental:

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. Reserve your vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
