Brand new outdoor entertaining area with enormous heated pool (pool heater with surcharge). Pool has a 13 foot WATER SLIDE!! Pool heated in the off season @ $100 per day. Outdoor kitchen with gas grille and island sink. Plenty of outdoor sitting space, dining and outdoor lighting. ***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
