Located on the peaceful east end of Holden Beach, this home offers spectacular vistas of the ocean, dunes and inlet. A variety of porches and an upper deck, “catwalk” invite you to relax and take in the scenery surrounding this gorgeous home, sitting high among the palms. Convenient beach access is just a short walk up Dunescape Drive to the short dune crossing (15-30 second walk). This unique 2nd row home offers better vistas than some homes that are directly oceanfront! This bright and modern property welcomes you with gleaming wood floor in a huge first level living & gathering area featuring a sizable window seat overlooking the Atlantic. On this floor you will find a pull out Queen size sleeper couch located in the living area. Also, on this level you will find two generously appointed bedrooms, ceramic tile bath and full laundry room. The inverted floor plan provides an additional upper level living room, breakfast area and well laid out kitchen with counter seating and convenient half bath. French doors lead to a ocean side porch ideal for sipping your morning drink. ELEVATOR available with $250 security deposit. The master suite on the upper level provides a extravagant and calming getaway, with higher end furnishings and linens. Private access door to the covered wrap around deck, and a humongous private bath with double sinks, walk in closet, tiled shower and private Jacuzzi tub rounds out the master quarters.
