- Approximately 2128 square feet
four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home. This home underwent an broad
remodel in 2025 including a new kitchen, all new floor, new ceiling fans & lighting
and new furnishings, including a bespoke dining table that seats 10, 65” TV in living room
and TVs in all four bedrooms. All the bathrooms are scheduled to be modernized before
the 2026 season! There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, each featuring a
queen- and a twin-size bed. The second floor offers two roomy bedrooms, each with
a king-size bed. Both open onto the upper-level oceanfront covered porch. The
primary bedroom includes a sitting area with a queen pull-out couch. All four bedrooms
have en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs den offers a single pull-out bed and desk area.
The beach is just steps away using the private walkway from the porch. After a day on
the beach, wash off the salt and sand in the enclosed outside shower with hot and cold
water. Then appreciate watching the waves or the sunset vistas while calming in one of the
rocking chairs or eating al-fresco on the main level covered porch. Life is a Beach at
“Prince of Tides”!
