This freshly refreshed luxury oceanfront property features cavernous sleeping quarters, each with an ensuite bathroom and enormous 4K SMART TV. Additionally, the property is equipped with multi-level deck, and of course, direct beach access.

The roomy main floor offers a flow through living area, a wet bar (with generous cabinet space), refrigerator, and a huge center island. All brought with uninterrupted vistas of the Atlantic Ocean leading out to the ocean front deck. 3 bedrooms, each with its ensuite full bathroom, 1 facing the ocean, modest work desk area, and a laundry room complete the first floor.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, which homes 4 additional bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, including 3 featuring king beds, and 2 facing the ocean, a completely supplied kitchen, and sizable dining table that comfortably seats 10.

Back outside, the second floor features a deck complete with sweeping ocean. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, two fridges, ice machine, high speed wireless internet, and much, much more.


The home also has a pack & play, a high chair, multiple board games, along with books to entertain adults & kids alike.

Outside, you can take a dip in the ocean, savor the view, take a walk down the coastline, and collect seashells. With parking for four cars, there is room for your entire group.

Pillows and comforters are supplied. Bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) and towels are not. You can bring your own or rent them. If you would like to rent, we recommend Boomers Units or Care Linen Service. You will need to reserve your items to insure availability. You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles from Boomers.

Family Animals:
We appreciate our furry friends but we are a pet complimentary property.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the home.

Responsible person must be at least 30 years of age and in attendance during the rental period.

Max occupancy is limited at all times to 22 people (16 adults & 6 kids). No events/gatherings, or additional home guests.

Parking: A max. of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway.
