Our 1914 bungalow offers 3 enormous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The historic appeal welcomes you as soon as you walk in with the original fireplace, mantle and trim. Our home was completely modernized in 2022 with new HVAC, countertops, cabinets, appliances, floor and carpets. There is off street parking in the roomy backyard with its own private driveway. Appreciate your coffee on our covered porch or on the deck in back. We offer every amenities to make your visit special!
Our home is located on a peaceful street in the historic district. We are just over a mile to the Riverfront, with proximity to the Cargo, Soda Pop and Brooklyn Arts District and all of the eateries and attractions in downtown Wilmington.
