This upper level, end unit condo is newly refreshed! You will be so pleased with this bright and cheery condo, with new comfortable furnishings and gorgeous beach décor! You will discover modern and updated Luxury Vinyl Plank floor, with updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is open and bright, with a sizable 50" flat screen TV, a unique electric fireplace to knock the chill off on those rainy beach days, and a new L-shaped sleeper couch (bed linens not supplied for sleeper couch). The kitchen is well appointed, offering clean lines with updated cabinets and quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, new 40" TV, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo, as well as striking vistas of the ocean! Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, 32" TV, ceiling fan and shares the full hall bath with tub/shower combo. When preferred an additional hall door provides the option to transform this area into your own completely private bed and bath suite. This bedroom has a street side view.
