Flanagans Fanta Sea: premier Carolina Beach Rental with Elevator

Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.

This is the ideal property for two couples and a bunch of kids!  You'll appreciate the salt sea air and the pretty Carolina Lake Vistas from our Two Lake View Porches, and the short half-block walk to either the Ocean or Carolina Lake from our gracious home.  Every Saturday the local arts and craft festival is at your doorstep!  Two beach access points within a one min. walk make you intimate with the Beach.  Pick up your daily fresh foods at Veggie Wagon right across the street. You'll fall in appreciate with the impressive water vistas from nearly every room and the ease of the elevator, stopping on both floors of our townhouse.  You'll have plenty of sleep time privacy for three families in our three separate Guest Suites on the first floor of our Townhome. When you are ready to event, have a drink on the porch, and fix a delicious meal, join together on the top floor with all the graciousness of a traditional family home. Our Great Room has supremely comfortable furnishings, plenty of space to spread out, and generous natural light.  For a bit of opulent privacy, savor the striking sunset view from your private master bedroom porch. Sophisticated and high quality furnishings will keep you coming back for a casually elegant experience at gorgeous Carolina Beach.

Rental Policies:
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Get the best rental home value:

  • To find the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
