The first floor features four bedrooms, an additional living area, and an broad deck with a walkway leading directly to the beach. This home is the ideal setting for creating cherished memories during enormous family gatherings that will be treasured for a lifetime.

Every bedroom in Betty Lou's State of Mind features a private bath for ultimate convenience, and there is a common powder room on the second floor. The home is designed to be handicap-friendly, with an elevator that provides access to all floors.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-returnable after booking*

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the spa. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the spa.

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

• In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Summer is high season in the Brunswick area area. To book the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.
