This already splendid home has been completely refreshed with you in mind, offering you a relaxing and calming beach vacation from the inside out! Not only does the exterior feature a fresh new look, but it also offers a astounding new spiral staircase that connects all three oceanfront decks, even going all that way up the the rooftop deck! You can sit back and savor spectacular, expansive ocean vistas and striking sunsets from three different levels. The rooftop deck offers gorgeous 360 degree vistas of the west end of Oak Island and the waters surrounding.

First Floor & Main Living and Sleep Area:
The first floor porch off the main living area is an broad covered wrap-around. As you enter into the home, you will find a impressive and modern kitchen to your right with a breakfast bar and slate kitchen appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with high vaulted ceilings featuring unique beams adding to a calming, yet bright and airy feel. The relaxing light blue of the walls blends so ideally in with the backdrop of the ocean vistas through the sizable oceanfront windows that you feel as though you are floating on the water!
