Off the generous entry of this reverse floorplan are four family-friendly bedrooms. The first, behind a pocket door, is a sunlit bunkroom with access to a very peaceful, shaded back porch. Overlooking the Island's High Dunes, this porch is a great perch for bird and deer watching. Next door, a bright corner two twin suite also provides a door to the screened porch as well as a private entrance to the hall bath. Across, a sunny Queen Suite delights with dancing wave vistas from inside and through its door to the oceanside covered porch. This porch is where you'll start each day, with the ocean providing a serene soundtrack while you sip your morning coffee. Its ensuite includes a tub/shower. Cornered by enormous, sunshiny windows, a handsome Queen suite with broad water prospects, a beamed ceiling, ocean porch egress, and its own ensuite completes this level. Halfway up the heart-of-pine stairs, a landing with a comfortable window seat, bookended by constructed-ins, begs you to sit, put your feet up, and soak in spectacular vistas while appreciating a good read or just calming. The top floor reveals the gathering space's soaring ceiling and two stories of bayed windows showcasing the vast Atlantic. Savor salty perspectives inside in this cavernous, handsomely appointed area or walk out onto the sizable, partially-arbored ocean deck for spectacular seascapes and invigorating briny breezes. Back inside, the fashonable, wainscoted dining area also offers water prospects, or you can relish your meals al fresco in the close by ocean-facing screened dining porch. The upsized multi-chef gourmet kitchen not only grants ocean vistas but also features a humongous island/breakfast bar, a wine cooler, a desk area, and handy entrée to the upper screened grilling porch. The laundry and powder room are both close by. Tucked privately down a hall, the Primary King Suite is cornered by natural light-filled windows and includes a private entrance to the top screened porch, two closets, and a spa-like ensuite with a dual vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and water closet. Ideally located on the Island, convenient to the clubs, the Conservancy, stores, and eateries, guests are welcome to use the property's two golf carts-a four- and a six-passenger.
