FINS to the Left is a cavernous 2,600 sq. ft. duplex designed for family fun and relaxation. Guests have exclusive access to the enormous ocean-side pool shared with FINS to the Right. The home features bright, fresh rooms, including a master suite with a wall of windows opening to a private porch. The great room includes a game table, and there is a dedicated kids' TV area. Conveniences include 7 ceiling fans, 3 TVs with movie channels, WiFi, two covered ocean-side porches, two sundecks, and an additional sundeck near the beach access. Outside, savor rockers, a picnic table, charcoal and gas grilles (guests provide fuel), and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking accommodates up to 7 cars.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.
