Located in the ideal location just steps to the beach, boardwalk, bars, eateries, and nightlife. Take in handsome Ocean vistas, watch the sunset over the canal, and watch the Thursday nighttime fireworks at the boardwalk right from the deck.

If you’re planning a day at the beach, you are Chair and umbrella units are available and they will drop it at the beach for you so you don't have to haul anything. Tired of the sand? Rinse off at the outdoor shower, or if you want to continue water fun, you can kick it poolside! (Note: Pool is closed Nov - March)

Not feeling like going to the beach? Walk right across the street and charter a Fishing excursion, eco-tour, sunset or moonlight cruise. Kayak, Surfboard, Stand Up Paddleboard, and bicycle units are a couple blocks away.

Hungry after a day of activities? You won't have to go far - tons of fashionable eateries located steps from your door. We are happy to recommend our favorites.
Looking for nightlife? There are many options, also within walking distance. Appreciate live music at the Lazy Pirate or Sea Witch. Have an ice-cold beer at The Fat Pelican – the funnest bar around with a sand beach patio.

Fort Fisher and the freshly refreshed NC Aquarium is just 5 miles away. From Fort Fisher, you can drive your car right up on the Ferry and take a 30-min. ride to Southport, another cozy little NC coastal town with great eateries, antique and specialty stores.

Historic Wilmington is only 20 mins. away. Have a delicious ice cream cone as you walk the impressive Cape Fear River waterfront. Visit the USS North Carolina Battleship, shop at all the stores and local specialty stores, take a carriage ride and savor the best eateries around!

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach.   • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
