Designed for entertaining, each rooftop deck comes with constructed in grille, wine chiller and plenty of space for sunbathing, stargazing and events or just sipping coffee or beverages with guests. King Beds and Samsung TVs in every couple’s bedroom, plus two family suites for the kids, make this the ideal beach home for a sizable extended family to spread out while still having privacy.  Two living rooms and two top-of-the line kitchens complete with Bosch kitchen appliances are completely equipped for meals at home. Entirely fenced, landscaped back yards and outdoor showers make it painless to bring the family dog, and come and go from the beach only a two block walk away. The simple walk to the beach, boardwalk, dining, shopping and nightlife will make this your ideal group beach vacation in the heart of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pet Policy:

Dogs Accepted: 2 dogs - 50lb max. The yard is fenced in; however, modest dogs may escape. .The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in trendy spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is easy, too, with numerous local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
