This spectacular, roomy, serene Heaven Sent home on the private West End of the island has become a favorite tradition for many families through the years. The 10-bedroom, 10-bath oceanfront Hobbs Intelligent Home (4K, 3Q, 12T) is well-appointed and offers expansive, gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic from the broad open and covered balconies, decks, and porches.

Savor the private saltwater swimming pool and hot tub off the back deck and among the natural dunes, or follow the private walkway over the dunes to select your secluded spot on the shoreline. Every detail inside the home - from the wall of windows so as not to miss a moment of beauty to the state-of-the-art kitchen - ensures an memorable Holden Beach vacation experience. The cavernous living areas on the second and third floors are ideal for family entertaining. The top-floor game room features a pool table, a cards/game table, and a mini kitchen. Both living areas and all 10 bedrooms provide a intelligent, flat-screen TV (no cable).

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

Get the best value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • To get the best vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
