You’ll find tranquility in this 1 bedroom 1 ½ bath courtyard villa with ocean vistas and convenient beach access. You will lavish in the open courtyard pool area with lush greenery. This super cute condo is located on the third floor with a generously shaded deck overlooking the pool..  There is not an elevator at this property, only stairs. The bedroom has vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from a comfortable king-sized bed.  Have morning coffee on the cozy ocean-side deck. The bedroom has a TV and access to the main bath with a tub and shower combo,  The comfortable family room has a 46" flat screen TV, queen sleeper couch and DVD player. This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks. 
You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 car. Bicycle racks are available for a short ride to boardwalk for dining, arcade, fireworks and live music in the summer.    Appreciate locally grown fruit/vegetables for purchase on Saturday’s at the Farmer’s Market in Carolina Beach.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
