The open living area is anchored by a decorative tiled fireplace and provides egress to the room-length screen porch (which offers seating as well as al fresco dining-with-a-view). The adjacent light-filled indoor dining space comfortably accommodates six and accesses a covered deck-just the spot for morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

Close by, the ample kitchen features stainless appliances (including a wine cooler), high-end cabinetry, plenty of granite counter space for prepping and a bespoke tile backsplash.
