We have rocking chair front porches and the covered grille area that is the ideal spot for a BBQ, where you can watch the sunrise or relax! New pool with deck newly installed in backyard. We are renting a 3 bedroom 2 full-baths home that is 1,400 square feet in size. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a completely equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room exiting to back deck. Savor your morning breakfast on either balconies or on our additional long farmhouse table. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, gorgeously manicured yard and covered parking. Kick back and relax as your favorite show or movie plays on the 50 inch flat-screen cable TV.

LOCATION
In the North End of Carolina Beach, this attractively located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just less than 2 blocks from the beach and a mile away to the boardwalk, where you can appreciate eateries, shopping, and entertainment in town after a day in the sun. You can always rent a golf cart at SunFun Units to get around the island.
A calming Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local stores. Have alluring seafood eateries steps from the home for your enchanting vacation days.
Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at nighttime, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina is down the street as well as Freeman Park where you can drive your 4X4 car on the beach and go nighttime fishing/camping. Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach. Or you can go horseback riding on the beach in the off-season.

** As of April 2025, we installed a Pool Heater and it will operate through end of October. Pool Heat is set between 78-82 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. **

Note - 6 Adults MAX (18 and over is an adult) & only 1 dog allowed (under 50 lbs) over nighttime. Please clean up after your dog including additional shedding or you will incur an additional cleaning charge.

- Minimum renting age 25, and person renting must be present and on-site through the stay (no renting for someone else).
- 7 nighttime min from 5/31 - 8/31 (Saturday only check-ins and check-outs during this time)
Supervision of guests:
It is the tenant’s responsibility to supervise all guests and ensure home rules are followed and safety is the priority.
- During High-tide or hurricane season, some of the streets near property may flood for a few hours but our property has yet to be impacted directly - good to know the weather in advance. Follow the detour signs when this occurs.

- Public Beach accesses can be temporarily close due to beach erosion. This is out of our control.
