Welcome to Mimzie's Place. If you are looking for the ideal vacation home for your family, then look no further! This impressive home is just a short 5 min. walk to the beach!

This home was bespoke constructed, with quality workmanship throughout. The elevator makes it a breeze getting to all three floors.
The owner has furnished the entire property with high end furnishings and beds.

On the first floor you will find a huge primary bedroom with King size bed and a opulent ensuite bath with double vanities, and an upsized shower with pretty bespoke tile. There is a nice deck off this bedroom with rockers to sit and savor the breeze.
The laundry room is located on this floor as well as another King bedroom with ensuite bath and a deck with rockers.

On the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms. A King bedroom, again with handsome ensuite bath and deck with rockers, a great room for the kiddos with two full bunk beds and an ensuite bath, and athe third bedroom with a striking queen bed with ensuite bath and deck with rockers.

The third floor is a humongous open concept living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and half bath. When you walk into this room the beautiful bespoke tile fireplace captures your attention, as it is done in coastal shades of blue. Here you will find a sizable leather sectional with plenty of seating. The bright and airy dining room seats ten at the table, and there is seating at the bar for four additional guests.

This gourmet kitchen has everything you could need to prepare up a feast with fresh, local seafood! The appliances are high end, including a wine/drink refrigerator. We have a Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional drip coffee maker. It is a real joy cooking in this kitchen.

There is a huge deck off the living room with a polywood table and chairs for six, and four additional cushioned chairs to relax on to appreciate the ocean breeze.

The roof top deck is the ideal spot for stargazing . You can enjoy sunrise with your morning coffee, or if you aren't a morning person, then beverages with the sunset!

The owners have just added a charming in ground pool for the 2025 season. The pool is 9'w x 28'L x 3.5' - 5' deep. Next to it is a covered, shaded area with high top polywood furnishings. And of course, it is fenced in.

Appreciate all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive car you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

We provide the bedsheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets and even enormous beach towels.
