Master bathroom features walk-in shower with glass door and guest bathroom features brand new tub with sliding glass doors. Master en suite bedroom features queen bed and brand new 48 inch Intelligent TV with cable and second bedroom has two twin Tempurpedic XLs and 31 inch Intelligent TV with Spectrum App. Outdoor pool and direct private beach access just right outside the door. Deck features two Adirondack chairs, two bar height chairs with table and dining table with four chairs, brand new for the 2022 season. The complex is on a nice wide strand of the beach (re-nourished in April 2022), there are three eateries right across the street, and is within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake, Saturday Farmer's Market, downtown eateries & stores, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the Ocean Grille & famed Tiki Bar!
