When you're ready to head inside, you'll be welcomed into a roomy open living space that charmingly blends traditional and coastal styles together! Down the hallway on this floor, you'll find two of the four bedrooms — both with queen size beds. The first downstairs guest bedroom features a huge flatscreen tv, desk, and an upgraded ensuite bathroom with a enormous tiled walk-in shower. The second downstairs guest bedroom also has a writing desk and has painless access to the hall bath with an upsized tiled walk-in shower.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the home! It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely gorgeous vistas. You can see the ocean and marsh from this spot… plus, there's amazing constructed-in seating to take advantage of! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well. The fantastic master bedroom suite features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a huge vanity and bespoke tiled walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is phenomenal for the younger travelers in your group — with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, a separate twin bed, and simple access to the fourth bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it.
