Welcome to *The Skipper*—a cavernous oceanfront getaway at 304 East First Street in Ocean Isle Beach. This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is designed for comfort, convenience, and gorgeous coastal vistas. On the ground level, you'll find two bedrooms: one oceanfront room with a queen and a double bed, and one street-side room with two twin beds. Both include flat-screen TVs and share a enormous full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs on the main level, there are three more bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two twins—each equipped with flat-screen TVs. The main level also includes three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath off the living area.

The home features an elevator that connects the ground level to the main floor, making access simple for all guests. Inside, the sizable open-concept living and dining space offers sweeping ocean vistas, a completely equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats ten, and additional seating at the kitchen bar and game table. The living area includes a huge TV.

Step outside to the oceanfront porch, where you can relax in the rocking chairs or lounge in the chaises while appreciating the ocean breeze.

Conveniences include central heating and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after the beach.

The Skipper is handicap accessible via the elevator, though please note the bathroom doorways on the main level are 24" wide, and the ground-level bathroom doorway is 28" wide.

Please be aware there is no external outlet available for golf carts.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
