This oceanfront home was constructed with family fun in mind. Totally remodeled in 2019 the upgrades are sure to wow you! Wraparound porches, a ping pong table and horseshoe pit provide outdoor entertainment. A gourmet kitchen, whimsical architecture and ocean vistas offer guests a memorable stay. Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms with additional sleeping in the den (1K-1Q-1Q-2T-1S). 4 full baths. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. HD SATV. Direct beach access. 7 nighttime minimum year round. Sunday/Sunday. 4:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure.
Check-in and out days in summer season is Sunday-Sunday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 9:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
