  • Approximately 1077 square feet

We have over 115+ 5-star reviews on our handsome Oceanfront/Poolside home. 1125 sq feet of indoor space with another 300 sq feet of shaded outdoor deck space. It’s a rare 3 bedroom condo with an amazing upsized deck that nearly doubles your living and conversational spaces. It’s a whole additional shaded room to spread out or gather. It takes indoor/outdoor living to the next level with the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard. You get dual access to the striking deck and unobstructed vistas from both the master suite and the living room. Our deck lets you take full advantage of the elegant sights and relaxing sounds of an oceanfront home. It’s just as good if not better than being on the beach itself. You are close enough to be immersed in everything that is captivating about the beach while taking a break from all the sun, sand and weather elements. Come soak up this indoor/outdoor living experience that our guests rave about. The million dollar vistas are spectacular, but even better is the proximity to the beach. The second you arrive and step in, you will see that the deck is close enough to hear your family laughing on the shore. In the mornings, you could watch your family from the deck as you finish a cup of coffee before heading down yourself. Everyone can comfortably run back and forth for bathroom breaks, lunch or snacks all day or when you call them in from the deck. Yes, it is that close. It is ideally located on the 2nd floor, so that it’s just high enough to looks over the dunes. Anything lower you’d be looking at the dunes instead of a view of all the beach fun activities. The vistas are exceptional from every angle inside as well. The huge sliding glass doors across master suite and living room create an entire East facing wall of windows featuring the Atlantic Ocean at every glance. This impressive natural backdrop is what a beach vacation is all about. You haven’t experienced the ideal beach vacation until you’ve stayed OCEANFRONT! Nothing compares to being steps away from the beach. Just head out every day without worry for even supplies, you can always just run back in for snacks, sunscreen, bathroom or a bit of cool air & shade. Our home makes it possible to treat yourself to an Oceanfront vacation experience. Our location is located into the ideal spot on the island. Our charming section of the beach is a fashionable, but less busy spot at CB and close to Kure Beach and Kure Fishing Pier. We are located right at lifeguard station #3, which is actively staffed with a lifeguard all summer. Just a little additional tranquility of mind like that makes it simple to really relax on the beach. Our location is 1 mile south of the boardwalk. It is a more calming spot of Carolina Beach and ideal for unwinding while still only a mile to the attractively constructed boardwalk with its trendy activities, vibrant amusement park rides and impressive carnival games. Just grab a golf cart taxi, drive or walk the short mile for all the fun, shopping and dining that the boardwalk area has to offer. Fresh local cuisine and coastal shopping are even closer. Walking just a couple blocks on the beach or up our street will land you at some well known hot spots. We are in great proximity to tons of yummy eats that have outdoor dining and live music. A favorite is the tiki bar just a skip down the beach that has an on-beach entrance. Ideal spot to grab lunch and appreciate a tropical drink without leaving the beach. If you are up for a little more adventure, the Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just 1.5 miles heading South down the beach. And Kure Beach has a great restaurant scene all of its own. Up for trying something new while on vacay? We have an adventure closet where we store some items you can borrow to help experience all the island activities. You will find things that can help you savor the outdoor summer movie nights, picnics, CB state park as well as our pickleball equipment for your use at the many CB or KB pickleball courts. Don’t like lugging beach gear?…Use our private/locked ground level storage area for your daily items…Plus utilize any of ours! We’ve got tommy bahama back strap chairs, body boards, skimming boards, umbrella, tent & sand anchor, sand buckets & more sand toys than we can count. We have supplied these items to help lessen your packing load and complimentary up space in your car. We have other beach gear ready for you too. Beach towels, beach cooler, beach totes, outdoor blanket are all on-hand for your use as well. If you (or the kids) get a little tired of the sand, there’s a ideal spot poolside. We have a second outdoor balcony space to sit and overlook the kids in the pool or watch a sunset to the West. The pool is strategically placed on the West side, so that any pool activity won’t interrupt your calming deck-side enjoyment of the calming ocean sounds. Pool is open April 15-October 15. Get ready to enjoy a great balanced beach vacation of relaxation and fun by choosing our Carolina Oasis location. We are close enough to all the action, but you won’t have to hear the active boardwalk nightlife throughout the evening or be packed side by side on the boardwalk busy beach area. At our Carolina Oasis you have plenty of beach space to spread out and relax! We are a No-Smoking, No-family pets property per our building HOA rules. Neither is allowed on their entire property including pool, parking lot and deck areas. Reserve dates now for this 5-star experience…Salty Air and Sandy Toes await you!

Tricks and tips for getting the best Brunswick area rental experience:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To get the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Brunswick area area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

How to select the best vacation home in Carolina Beach:

  • Start by choosing your a vacation week and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Carolina Oasis:Huge Oceanfront Shaded Deck expansive seating, swing, pool&linens has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking pages. Otherwise, email the host before you reserve the home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
  • If there's a particular Brunswick area beach you crave, look for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .

More considerations:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few issues.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Note any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
