We have two oceanfront units at Carolina Beach:

This gorgeous condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and the pool. It's a roomy one-bedroom with a king bed, a top-floor unit for up to six guests. The pool is humongous (closes October 1) and has a gated grass area with a bbq and private beach access. Linens are supplied! There is ample parking, and it's close to the eateries and nightlife! You will adore this top-floor oceanfront unit!

Interaction with guests:
Since we travel all the time, we use a fantastic management company that has been in the tourism industry for many years. They will be able to answer any questions and take care of any issues 24 hrs a day. Please savor this home as if it were yours.

• It's best to bring your own beach towels, toiletries and plenty of sunscreen.
• Located on the third floor - about 38 steps up. Great for some daily exercise!

Check-in procedures:
I will supply you with an electronic code before you arrive. This will allow you to enter the front door. An owner's storage downstairs has some of my things inside. Feel complimentary to use that for your beach stuff.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities. • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
• On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to inspire new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
