Welcome to Front Rho OIB, a new oceanfront escape in Ocean Isle Beach designed for elevated coastal living. With 6 delightfully appointed bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 3 half baths, and accommodations for up to 21 guests, this exceptional home blends refined comfort, generous gathering space, and memorable ocean vistas.
House rules & important information

-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily
-Trash and recycling pickup: Tuesday and Friday

General home rules
-No smoking anywhere on the property.
-No events or excessively loud music without prior host approval.
-Please do not jump from the decks.
-Please report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them quickly and help avoid additional charges.
-Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional cleaning costs.

Bunk bed safety
For everybody’s safety:
-Only one person per top bunk
-No rough play on the bunk beds
-No jumping between bunk beds
-Please use the constructed-in stairs to access the top bunk beds

Golf cart information
During the summer months, a 6-seat street-legal golf cart is supplied with your stay. The rental company services it each Saturday.
-Return the key to the same location where you found it at checkout
-If you are unsure where the key belongs, just message us
-All occupants must wear seat belts
-Drivers must be of legal driving age and hold a valid driver’s license
-Ocean Isle Beach stringently enforces golf cart rules, so please operate it carefully and responsibly.

Elevator information & rules
The elevator is a helpful feature for suitcases, groceries, and guests who prefer easier access between floors. Because this is a residential elevator, it must be used carefully.

Please follow these guidelines:
-Bring your cell phone with you when using the elevator, just in case
-Make sure both the interior home door and the accordion-style elevator gate are entirely closed before selecting a floor
-Do not select a floor and then try to close the doors afterward; the doors must already be completely closed
-If you want to send the elevator to another floor without riding in it, go to that floor and call it from there
-Do not try to open the doors until the elevator has come to a complete stop and the floor light has turned off
-Keep hands, fingers, and objects away from the accordion gate while the elevator is moving
-Do not jump inside the elevator while it is in motion
-Always close the accordion gate first, then the interior home door
-Do not attempt to reset the elevator yourself
-If you have any trouble, contact us right away

If the elevator stops unexpectedly:
This is rare, but if it happens, you will not be trapped. The doors can be manually opened from the inside by lifting the silver toggle in the top left corner of the door. The alarm will sound, but will shut off once the door is closed again. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Pool & spa information
Our pool and spa are professionally serviced multiple times each week to maintain water quality and cleanliness.

Pool rules
-Rinse off before entering the pool, especially after the beach
-No running
-No diving
-Kids must be supervised at all times
-No family family family pets in the pool or spa at any time
-No glass near the pool or hot tub. Plastic cups and stainless steel coffee/wine cups are supplied for your use.
-Do not throw objects into the pool other than pool toys
-Do not leave gates propped open
-Do not adjust or tamper with the pool pump, timer, heater, or chemicals

Pet policy
Approved pets are welcome with a $400 non-returnable pet fee for up to 2 pets. Additional pets may be considered upon request and may be subject to additional costs.

Pet rules
-Family Animals must be disclosed at the time of booking, or prior to check-in if plans change
-Up to 2 pets are allowed unless additional pets are approved in advance of check-in
-Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside unattended
-Two 42-inch dog crates are supplied in the second-floor laundry room
-Pets are not allowed on furnishings or beds
-Pet accidents must be cleaned immediately; enzyme cleaner is included
-No pets in the pool or spa at any time
-All pet waste must be cleaned up and removed before checkout
-Excessive pet hair should be swept up before departure to help avoid additional cleaning costs

Additional pet costs and approval requirements
-A $250 additional inconvenience fee may be charged if pet rules are not followed
-If an unapproved pet is brought onto the property, the $400 pet fee will be added to the reservation, along with an additional $250 inconvenience fee

To request pet approval, please send the following at least 1 week prior to arrival:
-a current vaccination record
-proof of current flea and tick treatment
-a photo of your pet
