This impressive apartment is located on the first floor of a refreshed, historic mansion. You'll enter the property through the updated kitchen. It's entirely outfitted with all of the essentials that you'd need to appreciate a meal during your stay. The bedroom and living room are combined in one, sizable open space. You'll be ablet to relax at the end of the day on the comfortable couch, or cozy up in the arm chair by the front window with a cup of coffee or good book. There is a king size bed to ensure a good nighttime's sleep, and the full bathroom includes a tiled, walk in shower. Off the kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer for use during your stay.

The apartment comes with a designated, off street parking spot located directly behind the home. The location of this property can't be beat! Located in one of the most gorgeous areas of town, you'll be able to take in the pretty architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. It's just a short walk to all of the eateries, stores, and sites that downtown Wilmington has to offer!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the home. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the home. There are 5 other apartments in this home, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.
