Just steps from the beach and overlooking the iconic Carolina Beach Pier, you’ll appreciate simple access to fishing, live music, waterfront dining, and memorable ocean vistas. Beach access is only a short walk from the community pool, making it painless to spend your days calming by the ocean or appreciating the resort-style amenities.

Completed in 2025, Pier View Luxe Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 kids). The cavernous floor plan, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and bright coastal décor create the ideal setting for family vacations, weekend getaways, and memorable beach trips. Every bedroom features a 55-inch Intelligent TV, giving everybody their own comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Carolina Beach.

The community pool and hot tub are professionally maintained by the HOA and are typically open seasonally from spring through late fall. They are generally closed during December, January, February, and March.
