PROPERTY DETAILS
Attractively refreshed home with private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), all the amenities, and only a two min. walk to the best beach access. Every aspect of this home has been thoughtfully modernized. Entirely supplied kitchen, all new linens and towels, new comfortable beds, and decor that will make you want to relax and relax.
After a day on the beach, savor the screened porch, lounge by the salt water pool, or read a book on one of the many decks. The top deck is the ideal place to watch the impressive OIB sunrises and sunsets. You will find everything from beach chairs (6 included), umbrellas, beach toys, and pool floats to enjoy. The home can sleep up to 12 with 10 being most comfortable. It has four bedrooms, two sleeper couches, 2 full baths, and an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool. Additionally, to make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a charcoal grille for all of your barbecuing needs.

Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
