- No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio (community area on the property)

- No family pets in this unit, the unit is pet-complimentary

- Must be able to climb stairs (3rd floor unit, no elevator)

- No Trailers or boats allowed on building property (HOA Rules)

- No charging golf carts or electric cars (HOA Rules)

Guest Access:
Reel Time Off is located on the top floor of the Yachtsman. There are stairs to access the unit, no elevator (indoor stairwell). Accommodation for 2 cars.

You're just a short, 4-min. walk from the sandy shores, ideal for a day of sunbathing, swimming, or building sandcastles. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within a few mins.' drive, from casual seafood shacks to family-friendly eateries. Head a little further south to discover the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk (a short drive, or a pleasant bicycle ride with the supplied bicycles), where you can appreciate classic boardwalk treats, arcades, and entertainment. Nearby, you can also discover Freeman Park, a pretty natural area great for leisurely walks and appreciating the local flora and fauna. For those who enjoy water activities, the North End Pier is also close by, offering fishing opportunities and impressive ocean vistas. This neighborhood really offers a ideal blend of relaxation and entertainment, all within simple reach of our condo.
