This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom beach home is a ideal get away for a family vacation. Recently modernized kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertop. It is located in a semi-private community of Summer Place . Low traffic circle street which is ideal for kids to ride bicycles or for you to appreciate short walks. It is also just a short 900 ft walk to the beach with direct beach access located at Private Drive. You are a short 1/2 mile walk to the pier, stores, putt-putt, arcade, eateries and ice cream.
Outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off from the beach. House has a fenced in Private Pool. Heating for the pool is available during off season for an additional charge.
Linens are included. Paper products and Towels are NOT supplied.
