This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom beach home is a ideal get away for a family vacation. Recently refreshed kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertop. It is located in a semi-private community of Summer Place . Low traffic circle street which is ideal for kids to ride bicycles or for you to appreciate short walks. It is also just a short 900 ft walk to the beach with direct beach access located at Private Drive. You are a short 1/2 mile walk to the pier, stores, putt-putt, arcade, eateries and ice cream.
Outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off from the beach. House has a fenced in Private Pool. Heating for the pool is available during off season for an additional charge.
Linens are included. Paper products and Towels are NOT supplied.

We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
