As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open living room that flows seamlessly to the gorgeously appointed kitchen. Accented by striking wood floors and relaxing coastal shades of blue, this welcoming living space is really the heart of the home. Whether you are preparing a meal, dining, or calming on the sizable sectional couch - “Retreat Yo’ Self” makes a phenomenal gathering space for families to share. Off the kitchen a staircase will lead you down to the ground level. A gorgeously outfitted garage space provides outstanding storage for your beach equipment and even offers a few complimentary items for guests to savor. There is an in-law suite that is accessed from the garage level of the home. This sleeping area is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and TV. There is a full bathroom, washer and dryer, as well as access to the fenced backyard. This ground level entrance makes this bedroom ideal for teens or for adults that prefer a bit more privacy.

The upper levels of the home are accessed by a stairwell off the living room. The second living level of this roomy home features two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, TV, and a sizable closet. Down the hall you will find a huge bathroom which includes a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub combination. The last bedroom on this living level provides a plush king-sized bed and a private balcony. Retreat at the end of a long day to soak in the last of the sun from your private getaway.

The top floor of this home offers an open sleeping area for junior family members. A twin over twin bunk bed tucked neatly in a corner adds to the versatility of this home and makes a fun accommodation for youngsters. There are also two roll away beds available for the junior crew. Complete with a closet, this thoughtfully planned sleeping area ensures storage space for your guests. There is a full bathroom close by that serves the bunk area and close by bedroom. Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation.  Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected.  Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Airbnb and must be paid separately to the host. Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16. 

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
