Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Airbnb and must be paid separately to the host. Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
