Spread across multiple floors (with a private elevator for simple access), this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home was constructed for groups who refuse to compromise. Four king en suite bedrooms offer hotel-level privacy and comfort. The fifth bedroom features a full-over-full bunk suite — ideal for the kids. Every inch of this home is finished to a high standard, from the open-concept living and dining areas to the completely equipped gourmet kitchen.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to your private heated pool, ideal for morning swims or sunset drinks. The outdoor space also features a putting green, gas grille, and outdoor shower — everything you need to make the most of coastal living. The expansive water vistas never get old.

House Policies

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $150 per dog (Additional may be added upon request). Absolutely no events. Primary renter must be 26 or older. We take great pride in this home and ask that guests treat it the same way.
