**Upstairs Guest Quarters** This versatile space upstairs includes a Queen bed with private balcony featuring ocean vistas, 2 twin beds with pull out beds are on the other side separated by a long hallway and bathroom.

**To confirm your reservation with Seahaven Properties, you must sign a rental agreement and upload a valid photo ID in the Guest App. This agreement will be sent to you via e-mail message after you book. This must be finished one week prior to reservation. If you do not complete the agreement Seahaven Properties reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
