You will have access to all the must need amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee maker and three intelligent TV’s! At Sands 5, there is a community pool that is open from Mid-May through Mid-September (dates available are determined by the HOA). Also, on the grounds there is a common area with grilles and picnic areas for your use. The location of this property is very central on the Island. You’re a short walk away from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, the Carolina Beach Lake, and a variety of different eateries and stores! Jump in the car, and now you’re only a short drive from all that Pleasure Island has to offer you. No smoking is allowed on the Sands 5 premises.
