The code for the intelligent lock on the front door will be emailed to you 2 days before check-in.



Note:

- There is a community BBQ grille area just outside our building. (Between our building and the pool)

- There are a couple of picnic tables and a BBQ grille. It's first-come, first-served on using it.

Kure Beach: About 4 miles (10-min. drive) south.

Downtown Wilmington: About 16 miles (25-30 min. drive) north.

Wilmington International Airport (ILM): About 19 miles (30-40 min. drive) north.

1. There is no smoking inside the home at any time;

2. The home should be locked whenever guests leave the property;

3. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am (Please be respectful of our neighbors);

4. No family pets are allowed;

5. Please report maintenance issues and damages immediately;

6. Kindly be advised we have a 7-nighttime minimum stay for this property as per HOA rules;
